SITEMA is a specialist in clamping units and linear brakes for round shafts, and an internationally respected partner in the mechanical engineering industry. SITEMA develops and manufactures clamping units for a wide range of applications.
To illustrate the diversity of products and variants for prospective customers and to present their applications, the website makes extensive use of a mega menu and numerous cross-references. Explanatory animations help visitors find the right solution for their particular application. Should a visitor still not find a solution, the detailed inquiry system can be used to receive a quote quickly and precisely.
Existing customers can download the CAD files they need and integrate them directly into their planning systems, or search the technical data for specific information.
Alongside the website, a service desk system was implemented that allows incoming support requests to be tracked seamlessly from receipt of goods through production to the return shipment to the customer.
