Since 1998, we've supported companies, public authorities and institutions on their digital journey — from the first idea to a finished solution that truly holds up in everyday use. Websites, online shops, web applications, design, UX and today AI: we don't think in trends, but in solutions that last.
We work as equals — with each other, with our clients and with the technologies we use. Open, agile and honest. Owner-led, self-financed and deeply rooted in Baden.

The beginning
Two founders, one modem and an office on Karlsruhe's Europaplatz. The start of a digital agency that was here to stay.
Becoming a GmbH
The two-person office becomes eyeworkers GmbH — along with larger offices.
Training company & eyekit
Training partner of the IHK Karlsruhe — and the first version of our own CMS, eyekit, takes shape.
TYPO3 as a specialty
A focus on the enterprise CMS for portals, public authorities and complex websites — later honored twice with the TYPO3 Award.
Sencha Select Partner
Certified as a Sencha Select Partner — and with Daimler and BASF, two major new clients come on board.
Software & custom development
Websites turn into web applications: Angular, React, Symfony and the maintenance of long-lived systems are added — the foundation for the Engineering unit.

Where we work
Karlsruhe.
This is where the internet was born in Germany — the first email arrived in Karlsruhe in 1984. There's no better home for a digital agency.
We're proud to be part of this tech city: at Hübschstraße 23, in the heart of the Weststadt — two floors, plenty of ideas.
